Arzúa → O Pedrouzo

The penultimate stage. You walk through dense eucalyptus and pine forests creating an almost magical atmosphere. You pass through sleeping villages where roosters wake you at dawn. In O Pedrouzo the anticipation is at its peak: tomorrow you reach Santiago. The excitement is palpable in every conversation at the hostel.

O Pedrouzo → Santiago de Compostela

The most special day. You cross Monte do Gozo — the "Mount of Joy" — where you see the Cathedral towers for the first time. You enter Santiago through the UNESCO World Heritage historic centre.
