Booking & Privacy Policy
1. Booking Process
To formalise a booking with Easy Camino Santiago, the usual process is as follows:
- Initial enquiry: The client contacts us via our web form, WhatsApp (+34 982 907 629) or email (info@easycaminosantiago.com), specifying the desired route, dates and number of pilgrims.
- Personalised quote: Within a maximum of 24 business hours, we send a detailed quote tailored to the client's needs.
- Booking confirmation: The booking is formalised by payment of the corresponding deposit (see payment section). At that point we send written confirmation with full service details.
- Documentation: Between 2 and 4 weeks before departure, the client receives the complete travel pack including all accommodation vouchers, the detailed itinerary and emergency contact information.
2. Payment Conditions
Easy Camino Santiago operates under the following payment conditions:
- Booking deposit: 20% of the total price at the time of confirming the booking.
- Balance payment: The remaining 80% must be paid before the service start date, once Easy Camino Santiago has confirmed and coordinated all services.
- Last-minute bookings: For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe secure payment gateway. Cash payment for the full amount is not accepted.

5. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Booking management: Processing your booking, communicating with you throughout the process and sending your travel documentation.
- Customer service: Responding to your enquiries and advising you about our services.
- Marketing communications: Only with your express consent, sending you information about offers, news and content related to the Camino de Santiago.
- Legal obligations: Complying with our tax and accounting obligations.

- Performance of a contract (management of bookings and contracted services).
